Summer Horsemanship Camp

At Parker Valley Farm’s School of Horsemanship summer camp, children ages 6-15 will learn all about the responsibilities of proper horse care while also improving on their riding skills. Whether they have never been on a horse and are ready to start or the experienced rider wanting to spend   time with and learn as much about horses as they can. This could be the camp you have been looking for.
Activities during camp will include 2 rides per day along with learning how to bathe and clip the horse, cleaning of tack, proper tack care, horse care, the proper way to clean a stall, fun arts & crafts, the occasional trail ride and much, much more....

We are offering three different camp sessions. These sessions will run Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm (early drop off available if needed). We ask that you pack a lunch, except for the last day, as we will order pizza in preparation for the show to the parents.

On Friday at 3:30 parents are asked to join us and see the skills the student has learned over the week.
